 Immortalize yourself in oils

100 years from now the technology we use to view the photographs we put on the Internet or our personal computers will most likely not exist, or to say the least require special hardware or skills to access them. An Oil will still hang on the walls of your descendants!

Don't overlook the images of other pages

HOW WE WORK

18th Century Artist Dennis Edward Muzzy has been studying the styles of the Great artists of days gone by and decided that the Trekking Communities he travels in need to have their own immortalized in oil portraiture. Artist, Carver, Guilder and Picture Frame Maker Muzzy has handled over 30,000 pieces of art work in his career. He has been called upon to work on Michelangelo's work, Reuben's , Centuries old Chinese art, guilding and framing precious art work from Maine to California and Alaska to South Africa. He has maintained Art and Framing Studios in Lexington Kentucky since 1974

We use modern cameras by Canon to replace the time for a sitter has to pose for his portrait. You will be able to say you have been Canonized. Or at the very least be able to say: "Doc shot me with his Canon!!"

  HAVE CANON WILL TRAVEL

We attend several events in the middle ground each year, and often will go as far west as Koh Koh Mah and Foster and as far East as Lexington MA where one of my ancestors was among the first casualties of the American Revolution.

 What the Artist has said:
We have striven to emulate the very best features of the great 18th century artists: West, Stuart, Romney , Gainsborough, Reynolds and more. Each painting we do is in the style and construction of these masters. Many years of brushwork study and materials were required to produce these works of art. They have been compared to photographs and I am humbled to have such allocates bestowed .

The Search Party

Seen here looting the dead mans body of usable bounty. This painting is 30 by 40 inches and near West style. Framed in wide Neo Classical panel frame with decorated corners I have chosen to stop the detail on this almost finished work because to do so would make it so costly that it could not be enjoyed by many. As is with great detail: $2800. Finished with photographic detail $12,000
